We will not debit the cardholder until the goods or service has been rendered completely.

All product listing and prices are accurate and will not be changed once your order has been placed. All prices are stated in GBP.

For all online shop orders a transaction confirmation receipt will be emailed immediately. For all other orders, a receipt shall be emailed within 24 hours.

An email shall be sent to the cardholder no later than one day after receipt, confirming the order and that if the goods are not immediately available, we will immediately inform you of the expected delivery times.

Please retain a copy of your transaction receipt.

Wedding Planning & Hire Services - Payment procedure

We can accept all types of payment for weddings taking place within the next 4 weeks. Any deposits or full payments for weddings with more than 4 weeks to go must be paid by cheque or paypal. Please make cheques payable to 'Love is in the Air'
